Getting Started with Digital Health Passport
This guide will help you install and set up the Digital Health Passport on your device.
Installation
Mobile App
iOS (iPhone/iPad)
- Visit the App Store
- Search for "Digital Health Passport" or "TinyMedicalApps"
- Tap Get to download
- Open the app once installed
Android
- Visit the Google Play Store
- Search for "Digital Health Passport" or "TinyMedicalApps"
- Tap Install to download
- Open the app once installed
Web App
Alternatively, you can access the Digital Health Passport through your web browser:
- Visit app.tinymedicalapps.com
- The web app works on any device with a modern browser
Creating Your Account

Choose your sign-in method:
- NHS Login (recommended) - Connect directly to your GP records
- Email - Create an account with your email address

Using NHS Login:
- Tap "Sign in with NHS Login"
- Follow the NHS Login authentication process
- Authorize the Digital Health Passport to access your records
- Complete your profile

Using Email:
- Enter your email address
- Create a secure password
- Verify your email
- Complete your profile
Setting Up Your Profile
After signing in, you'll be guided through setting up your health profile:

Personal Information
- Name, date of birth, contact details
- Emergency contact information

Medical Information
- Current conditions (asthma, allergies, etc.)
- Current medications
- Known allergies or triggers

Preferences
- Notification settings
- Reminder preferences
- Theme selection (light/dark)
First Steps
Once your profile is set up, here's what to do next:
For Asthma Management
- Review or create your Personalised Asthma Action Plan (PAAP)
- Record your current peak flow measurement
- Log today's symptoms
- Start the Smart Asthma Plan educational modules
For Allergy Management
- Add your known allergies
- Review personalized allergy education
- Set up air quality alerts for your location
Connect with Your GP
If you used NHS Login:
- Your GP practice information is automatically linked
- You can order repeat prescriptions directly through the app
- Your asthma action plan can be shared with your care team
